What counts as a “file”?
Every document in your Attach folder — attached transaction files and unattached Doc Center inbox files. The free analysis counts them for you; the tier is picked automatically.
What if some files can't be migrated?
They're documented in your verification report with the reason and a download link. The flat fee covers everything migratable; nothing is silently dropped. And if the overall result isn't right, one-click undo reverses the whole migration within 30 days.
I have more than one company file.
Each company file is its own migration and its own fee. Three or more? The Firm plan ($1,495/mo, unlimited companies) is almost certainly cheaper — finish your batch in a month and cancel.
Do you charge anything before the analysis?
